Peter Howell, the authority on J F Bentley, led a recent visit to two Bentley churches in London: St Francis of Assisi, Pottery Lane W11, and St Mary of the Angels, Moorhouse Road W2. Mr Howell’s monograph about Bentley was published in 2020: John Francis Bentley, Architect of Westminster Cathedral, Liverpool University Press, May 2020.
