The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) confirmed in mid March 2017 that the Grants for Places of Worship (GPOW) scheme is closing. Note that this does not affect the government’s grant scheme for reimbursing expenditure on VAT (called the Listed Places of Worship Grant Scheme).
